Plug-in Hybrid

Suitable for all uses, C5 X Plug-in Hybrid combines all the advantages of 100% electric driving for day-to-day use thanks to its 81.2kW electric motor and the range provided by its PureTech 180 Stop & Start Euro 6.4 compliant petrol engine for longer journeys. This technology results in CO2 emissions starting from just 27g/km (WLTP combined cycle). The e-EAT8 automatic electric gearbox ensures remarkable fluidity and driving pleasure, with on-demand torque of 260 Nm.

Petrol

C5 X is equipped with high-performance, efficient petrol engines meeting the stringent Euro 6.3 standard, with the choice of PureTech 130 Stop & Start or PureTech 180 Stop & Start engines. For even greater seamless ease of use and peace of mind behind the wheel, C5 X features an EAT8 automatic gearbox.

C5 X Plug-in Hybrid is suitable for most day-to-day journeys. In electric mode, it offers:

• 180 hp from the petrol engine and the 81.2 kW ​from the electric motor - both seamlessly combine to deliver a combined power of 225 hp and a combined torque of 360 NM;
• 4 driving modes - Electric, Hybrid, Comfort and Sport;
• A full electric range of up to 39 miles (EAER WLTP combined) with low noise levels, zero emissions while driving and comfortable speeds of up to 83mph (where legally permitted).

On the outside, C5 X Hypnos introduces a new Eclipse blue metallic colour with 19" Aero-X Diamond Cut Onyx black alloys. The exterior is stunningly finished off by infra-red badging and a panoramic sunroof with sunblind, both highlighting the exclusivity of the product.

The high-end interior on Hypnos includes lama paloma leather seats with chevron perforations, complimented by grey alcantara with chevron stitching, as well as custom floor mats. The Advanced Comfort seats on Hypnos are heated, with multipoint massage function & front seat ventilation. Hypnos also boosts an upgraded surround HiFi system, and various other interior styling upgrades unique to this version.
