There are three options to 'Buy Online'
No, all steps of the transaction can be completed via an online application form. Once we receive the order we will process the application and bring the car to you with your preferred delivery option. If you prefer to collect the car in person that is also an option.
Your reservation deposit will hold your vehicle for 48 hours, if after 48 hours you haven't made contact with us your reservation deposit will be refunded and the vehicle will be returned to sale.
Yes, we can deliver to you. During the online order process, you will be asked to choose how you would like to receive your vehicle. You will be given the following options:
When purchasing the vehicle, you will see a few options and the corresponding charges.
Pick the one that's right for you and we will do the rest!
The actual collection or delivery date will be confirmed by Warners via email or telephone.
Typically we aim to deliver our vehicles within a maximum of 7 working days, however during the order process you can select custom delivery options including express delivery. Alternatively, the car can be collected from your local Warners dealership free of charge.
Yes, when you create an online account with Warners it will save your application in progress, which can be loaded up with a member of the sales team at the dealership if you prefer to finalise the deal face to face.
You can talk to a member of our Warners Sales Team on 01684 297575 for Warners Tewkesbury or on 01452 529755 for Warners Gloucester, or talk to one of our live chat operators.
Vehicles up to 5 years/50,000 miles will benefit from a minimum 12 months' Citroën or PEUGEOT warranty or the remainder of the manufacturer warranty (whichever is longer). Vehicles up to 10 years/100,000 miles will come with a 6 month warranty.
If you have placed an order online and wish to cancel or get a refund, you must contact us before the delivery date. If you have committed to a finance agreement, you must inform the finance company immediately of the cancellation in writing. You will be liable for any early termination fees. We do our best to avoid such fees, and only apply them if the finance provider charges such a fee.
Yes, there is a charge.
FINANCE
You must be over 18 years of age to apply for finance and acceptance is subject to status. When you submit an application online it will be reviewed for your eligibility and in some cases an instant decision can be given.
When purchasing your vehicle on finance, you will have the opportunity to fund it using one of two products; PCP (personal contract purchase) and HP (hire purchase). The difference between the two products is as follows:
Hire Purchase
Hire Purchase is a little like a mortgage on a house where you pay an initial deposit and then pay the balance over an agreed period of time in equal monthly payments. Typically, agreements can run from 1 to 5 years. The vehicle remains the property of the finance company until you make the last payment. If you settle early, you will be offered a rebate of some of the interest. However, you may find, with a small initial deposit, if you settle very early, the amount owing may be more than the vehicle is worth.
Hire Purchase may suit buyers who plan to keep their vehicles for a longer period of time, perhaps longer than the agreement term, who have a large deposit or want a simple agreement with no commitment at the end of the term.
Personal Contract Purchase
Like Hire Purchase, an initial deposit is paid with monthly payments over an agreed period of time. However, the final payment at the end of the agreement is significantly larger than under a normal Hire Purchase agreement, usually several thousand pounds. This is often called a Guaranteed Manufacturers Future Value (GMFV) or Balloon Payment. This makes the payments in-between the initial deposit and the large final payment much smaller than with Hire Purchase and the agreements are shorter.
You must pay this large final payment, the GMFV, at the end of the agreement. However, the finance company will guarantee that your vehicle will be worth at least this value as long as it is in a suitable condition and covered less than an agreed mileage limit. This gives you three options:
If you apply for a finance package but are unsuccessful this may affect your credit rating and or credit score. The same applies if your application is successful but we are unable to confirm your order, and you choose not to proceed with an alternative vehicle. If your application has been successful we will contact you offline, either verbal or in written form.
Once we have confirmed acceptance of your offer, you will be sent an order confirmation by email. At that point a contract will be formed between you, us and the finance company for use of your new vehicle.
Payments are processed securely by our payment processor partner, Stripe (and its global affiliates). If you are paying in full, or paying a reservation fee, you will need to enter your debit or credit card information. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
PART EXCHANGE
Yes, you can use your part exchange as all or part of your deposit towards your car purchase. However, if there is outstanding finance on your part exchange this will have to be settled by us as part of the transaction. Any amount left after settlement of your finance can be used towards your deposit.
Valuations are based on the market value of that particular car, its mileage and the condition of the vehicle. Whilst we can work out the value of your car based on its age, mileage and market value - we rely on honest descriptions from the online customer on the condition of the car.
The vehicle shall be delivered to us in the same condition described by you upon valuation, but allowing for the fair wear and tear which may have occurred in the meantime. If there is any variation in condition, service history or mileage to that previously described, but allowing for additional mileage covered between the Agreement and delivery pro-rata to that already covered at the time of Agreement, we will adjust the price offered for the part exchange to take into account such variations and you will pay us any additional sum due as a result.
The price offered for the part exchange remains valid until the expiry date shown on the order confirmation. If the part exchange vehicle is delivered to us later than this date, we will revalue the part exchange in line with market conditions and advise you of any change to the amount you may need to pay us.
Yes, you can remove your part exchange from your order at any time prior to your vehicle handover. You will though have to allow for any adjustment in your quotation if your part exchange was being used towards your deposit.
You will need to hand over your part exchange vehicle on delivery or collection of your new car. At the same time, you must give us the logbook (V5 registration certificate), service history, MOT certificate (if applicable) and all sets of keys. You will be notified prior to part-exchanging your vehicle if we require anything in addition to the aforementioned items.
