At the end of your contract:

Part exchange your vehicle with us for a new vehicle.
Return the vehicle, paying any excess mileage/damage (where applicable).
Extend your lease. You'll still need to pay any agreed balloon payment and will enter in to a separate contract for the period of your extension.
Sell the vehicle to a third party, using the proceeds to pay off any agreed balloon payment due.
