Our very own Brogan Tully and Toby Burton are off to Stellantis HQ for the ‘Stars of Stellantis’ Award Ceremony, and we couldn't be prouder!
Out of an incredible 1,400 entrants from all Stellantis businesses in the UK, Brogan, our fantastic Service Advisor, and Toby, our exceptional Technician, have been recognised for their outstanding skills and the positive impact they've made on customer experience.
Stellantis launched its reward and recognition programme in February to celebrate outstanding aftersales employees, and after a series of elimination rounds, we’ve reached the thrilling final stage. The top 20 finalists will enjoy an exhilarating awards ceremony where the best of the best will be revealed!
We are bursting with pride as Brogan and Toby represent Warners, and we wish them the best of luck and an unforgettable time at the ceremony. We're all cheering for you!
“We are always keen for young people to join us, so we jumped at the chance to take Brogan on as a Level 1 Apprentice Technician. It is fair to say that Brogan struggled when it came to passing his final exams and, despite extra help and tuition, it was becoming clear that he was never really going to make the grade as a top technician.
However, we knew that he had some fantastic qualities that we could not let go. After many conversations with Brogan, we agreed to trial him as a Customer Service Advisor.
His genuine desire to listen and care for people's needs, ensuring a great customer journey, makes him a real asset to our business. Brogan receives many compliments from customers of all ages, and I believe he truly deserves his place in the final 20. He is a shining example of how never giving up and being prepared to take yourself out of your comfort zone to test yourself in a new environment can pay off.”

"Toby has been with the company since he was 16, starting as an Apprentice Technician. From day one, his passion for working on cars was evident. Toby qualified within the three-year time frame, quickly advancing to become EV qualified, and he is now close to completing his Diagnostic Technician qualification. He is an integral part of the team at Warners.
Toby's ultimate passion is motorsport. In his spare time, he participates in rallies, either driving or navigating for his dad with their team, Bertie Motorsport. He attends as many events as possible, either to compete, watch, or marshal. He also spends a lot of his personal time working on his rally cars, and Warners has occasionally sponsored him.
Recently, Toby welcomed a baby girl and got married a couple of years ago. The team at Warners has watched him grow from a young boy straight out of school into a fantastic young man with a lovely family."

Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked directly to the particular franchise you are purchasing your vehicle from, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make the next most suitable offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure a suitable finance agreement for you that enables you to achieve your financial objectives. If you purchase a vehicle, in the majority of cases, we will receive a commission from your lender for introducing you to them which is either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you purchase.
Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
