Salary: OTE £27,000.00 - £32,000.00 per year
The Service Advisor role is a cornerstone of our Dealership operations, serving as the vital link between our customers and the workshop. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by managing relationships, facilitating efficient bookings and delivering outstanding service.
This dynamic role requires excellent interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills, alongside a passion for customer service and teamwork. You will also have the opportunity to drive additional product and service sales, enhancing both customer satisfaction and dealership performance.
We are seeking an exceptional individual with at least 2 years of customer service and telephone experience. While experience in the Motor Industry is preferred, it is not essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following attributes:
