COVID-19 UPDATED WEDNESDAY 6TH MAY

Dear Friends of Warners Motor Group

I do hope your safe, well and in good spirits.

I'm pleased to announce from Monday 11th May we will be re-opening our workshop at our Gloucester branch to help accommodate many of our customers' needs not just key workers.

The plan over the next few weeks will be to progressively increase capacity in-line with demand and staffing restrictions. Please see more details below.


From Monday 11th May

Telephone lines will re-open forbookings and enquiries. For our Gloucester branch please call 01452 529755 andfor Tewkesbury please call 01684 297575.

Your patience will be appreciated while we balance the demand and the staffing levels in this area.


Monday 11th – 25th May*

Both workshops will be open for pre-arranged bookings only with a base level of staffing both technical and front of house.

*Please note during this time we will be offering a reduced number of courtesy cars and limited availability for home collections if you are unable to leave home. We will not be offering local drop offs.

*Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances we are not able to wash and vacuum your vehicle. We hope to be able to offer you these services in the coming few weeks.


From Monday 25th May*

All workshops will continue to be open for pre-arranged bookings only.

We hope to start introducing the next level of service including Collection & Delivery and Courtesy Cars. Local drop offs will remain unavailable until further notice.

*Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances we are not able to wash and vacuum your vehicle. We hope to be able to offer you these services in the coming few weeks.

Please rest assured, all our facilities have been set up to allow the required social distancing measures and we will be able to complete any servicing and maintenance work without putting you or our staff at risk.

In a period of unprecedented times we will do everything we can to provide the quickest response to your requests but would ask that you bear with us if it takes a little longer than normal whilst we all adapt to this new way of working, and increase our staffing levels over the coming weeks.


Sales:

For the time being, our physical Sales Departments remain closed for face to face sales but we have put procedures in place to ensure we can still provide help with new or used car or van enquires.

In line with government guidance, we can now offer a completely remote purchase experience to the customer, including home delivery, finance applications and documents signed remotely. A number of our colleagues are working from home to help with any vehicle enquiries, sales, research or even just a chat – get in touch by emailing enquiries@warnerscars.co.uk or via our website using our live chat function.
