COMMITMENT N°1

SAFE HOME DELIVERY

Working with our retailers, we have put in place a very strict protocol in line with advice from the government to ensure your vehicle can be delivered in a safe, contactless procedure.

This means your new vehicle will be treated with strict rules including additional hygienic cleaning of the interior. We can then provide you with online guides and personal assistance to ensure you are completely comfortable with all vehicle controls, similar to our normal handover process.

COMMITMENT N°2

DEFERRED MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOR 3 MONTHS, 4.9% APR REPRESENTATIVE*

We understand that despite the current circumstances, you may still need to purchase a new vehicle. At Citroën, we’ve created PARK THE PAYMENT to support your purchase.

When purchasing a van from stock, via one of our finance packages, you do not have to pay anything for the first 3 months.

This is one way to offer greater peace of mind at a time when you may have other financial commitments on your mind and means you can enjoy the benefits and comfort of a new vehicle, without making a payment for 3 months.

WARRANTY DEFERRED FOR 2 MONTHS

You may have concerned about taking delivery of your new van, especially when you may have less opportunity to be behind the wheel. We understand this, for greater peace of mind, we will defer the first 2 months of your warranty as the first owner of a new Citroen in these difficult times.

This is in addition to our 100,000 commercial vehicle, fully transferable warranty.

COMMITMENT N°4

2 YEARS’ FREE SERVICING FOR NEW VEHICLES^

We recognise the importance of regular servicing and maintenance to ensure your Citroën is running at optimal performance and safety.

At Citroën, we’re aiming to give you one less thing to worry about by offering 2 years’ free servicing package with New Vehicles purchases, that covers your routine servicing.

KEEPING CUSTOMERS MOBILE 

All our services remain operational for you and our priority is keeping you mobile during this period. We are taking extra measure to help our customers and our team are on hand to offer advice and discuss your requirements.
