Vicky gave us a lovely welcome making me feel all would be well. She was friendly, efficient and went out of her way to be helpful. Your driver who took us to our hotel was the same, as was your Service Department in their dealings with my husband over the 'phone. We write to let you know that we are completely satisfied with the work recently carried out on our Peugeot motorhome. We have had the vehicle for three years and all servicing and recall work has been carried out by your Tewkesbury branch. The first MOT was done by your Cheltenham branch two months ago. We live in South Wales, and although we have a Peugeot dealer in the area, we choose to bring our vehicle to Tewkesbury (a round-trip of about 150 miles), because of the excellent quality of service we have always had there. All work has been completed satisfactorily and on time and your staff, from reception to workshop, are always very polite and friendly. We hope you will communicate our thanks to your marvellous staff and look forward to seeing you in the future.

On Wednesday 21st April our Peugeot motorhome came in for its first major service (2 years) and my wife and I were impressed with the friendliness and professionism of the reception staff. The service of the vehicle was undertaken without delay and the two minor faults we had identified (windscreen washers and a management fault light) were rectified during the service. The quality of customer care provided was first class and restored our faith in Peugeot dealerships (we had a bad experience with this vehicle at another dealership). Although we live in Benson, Oxfordshire our trip to you was worthwhile and we will certainly return for any further work and its next service. Once again thank you to all the Warners staff who dealt with us.

My car had a fuel leak on New Years Eve. I rang my local Warners garage in Cheltenham on the Saturday hoping I could at least book it in for a repair. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed that the man on the 'phone told me to bring the car in and they would try to fix it for me. I took it in and whilst the staff sent out for a spare part, I enjoyed a coffee in the warm showroom. They replaced the faulty part and I was able to drive away safely. What truly terrific service, I cannot imagine many garages could match the quality of service I was shown. Many Thanks. Alan. Happy New Year
