The service I received, when there was a fault with my Renault Megane was Excellent. The saleman remembered me and remembered the car was under warranty. The car was taken in, stored and the car was sent back to a Renault dealership. Claire at reception was really helpful in sorting out a courtesy car and kept in contact with me on many occasions to let me know what was happening. The mechanic also explained the fault to me. Just emailing you to let you know that we have just come back from our skiing holiday having driven some 1620 miles across France through snow, ice and extreme cold in our new car. Have to say the C5 handled everything that was thrown at it beautifully, even starting first time having been parked all week at temperatures well below freezing. The only minor problem we had is that the washer bottle pipe came away from the nozzle at one stage which was probably my fault when I optimistically tried to clean the front windscreen at -17c!! Soon fixed though. Suffice to say we are very pleased with our new Citroen and thank you again for your kind attention during our dealings with you/Citroen over the last few weeks. Dear Sir On Saturday 31 December 2011 we were unfortunate enough to have our Berlingo break down and were towed in to your garage by the AA. It was near lunchtime and we phoned your service department to warn them we were coming. Your receptionist was outstandingly helpful and waited for us to arrive before closing the service department – though this meant she went home late. Please congratulate her on her charm and professionalism and thank her once again. The job was expensive and it was annoying to be without our car, but at least we felt that everything had been done to help us and we could trust that the repair would be carried out properly.
