Dear Sir On Saturday 31 December 2011 we were unfortunate enough to have our Berlingo break down and were towed in to your garage by the AA. It was near lunchtime and we phoned your service department to warn them we were coming. Your receptionist was outstandingly helpful and waited for us to arrive before closing the service department – though this meant she went home late. Please congratulate her on her charm and professionalism and thank her once again. The job was expensive and it was annoying to be without our car, but at least we felt that everything had been done to help us and we could trust that the repair would be carried out properly. Dear Mr Smart I could not let go unsaid but the level of service I received is, in my opinion after 45 years in senior management, unrivalled. Richard, Paul and the service department attended to my breakdown predicament speedily and efficiently. As I had the 407 estate for just four weeks the 'no quibble' warranty was again something of a surprise. No small print get-out!!
